yes it could be the pcm, but you need to check everything to find exactly what it is, not what it could be. on the other post I gave you a couple of ideas to do and ask you to post back your finding but you never came back. erase all codes, do not disconnect anything do not jump anything, turn key off back on and try cranking/starting the engine, then do an auto scan of all modules, tell me which modules showed up and the trouble codes within, depending of what you find then a diagnostic can be follow. don't replace parts based on what you hear worked out for some one else or you read on google, this is a system with many components involved , any of them could be causing it or it could be wiring related, even just bad connections. good luck don't take so long to post back.
